Hi I am now 16 days late for my period I had the mirena removed 9 months ago but I have been having regular periods... and we r trying to get pregnant but I took a test late in the afternoon when I was only 7 days late and it was negative... Could I still be pregnant?

Yes, it was not that late yet, and afternoon is the wrong time to test.

At this point you can test, but do it first thing in the morning with the first urine of the day
