And now I throw up the same time at night and my back hurts horribly. Im also a normal smoker, now every time I smoke I get sick. I took a dollar tree pregnancy test at night a week ago and there was an indent where the second line was supposed to be. Am I pregnant?

First a week ago would have been too soon, and second you don't take the pregnancy test at night.

It is still almost a week early for the test but you can try one. Get another test, do it first thing in the morning with the first urine of the day. But yes it does sound pregnant.
