My left testicle has dull pain randomly, and both of the testicles are moving on their own.

I'm worried.. this has happened two hours ago, and I don't know what to do.

What you do is go to the doctor. ER or Doc in the box CVS, RITE AID , they cost about $50-75 for a quick visit. .

The testicles move around in all men - the do this to maintain a specific temperature which helps sperm to grow. If it is hot they move away from the body and when it is cold they move closer to the body for warmth. This is normal.

But a dull pain is not normal and can occur due to an injury or an infection or even due to a hernia.

Please consult a doctor for a checkup.

Curious about your age. They do tend to move on their own. Pains are something else.
