My dog threw up it was like a yellow color and foamy; then she wouldn't eat her dry food or drink any water

I had some puppy formula so I made her a bowl of that and she has been lapping that up; after about 2 days of no food or water

Now I tried mixing in wet food with the dry and she finally ate that after 3days

This morning there was no poo again and her pee smells bad;

I gave her advatage for fleas etc

Does she have worms etc?

If her pee smells bad, she may have a urinary tract infection, best to get her to the vet and have a sample checked.
It is good that she is eating again but I would certainly mention that to your vet while you are there.
There is no way for us to tell if she has worms, your vet would need to check a stool sample.
Not pooping after going this long without a meal would not be unusual, the food needs time to get through the digestive tract, if she hasn't pooped in about 24 hours after eating I would also mention that to the vet.
The possibility of a UTI should be checked soon, they can make the dog feel lousy, if this is the case you will want to get her on some antibiotics sooner rather than later.
