As you know the L2 Visa holder are not allowed to work in USA but they can study. I'm 18 years old, since I came to USA one year ago, I'm one year back than thé suppose (but I havé a good grades). I will start 12 grade this August.
I will like to prepare myself to go to a college. Since my parents do not havé a stabily in order to affor my college, I will go to a community college first and transfer to a UC. My plan is to start working in order to save some money to my college. The evident issue is that I can't work because of my Visa. Can I tramit a EAD, since I'm 18?
If not, why? What else can I do?
