My boyfriend says he never watched porn or masturbated while we were broken up but now that we are back together he will masturbate several times a day and watch porn. We have sex 3-5 times a week. I'm not sure how I should feel about this. Should I be alarmed that he does this?

How old are you both? He was doing it before and just didn't admit it.

I am 27.He is 29. We have been together 11 years on and off. He says that he never had the urge to masturbate or watch porn during our most recent break. I mainly kind of find it weird that he didn't while we were separated and wonder why he does it so much now.

I think he sensed that was the answer you wanted to hear.

I didn't ask him about his masturbationhe just told me. And I have mixed feelings about the fact that he masturbates now that he gets regular sex and didn't when he wasn't having sex regularly.

I think he is just trying to spare your emotions. Trying to impress upon you that without you he has no desire. I think is a ill-thought out attempt to flatter you.

I agree with everyone else. You shouldn't have mixed feelings about him masturbating. It's normal. It's human. Don't stress or make a big deal about it...
