How can I get early termed from proation

That all depends of your charges and sentence. You may not get out early but if you can, you'll have to fulfill your requirements and payments and also serve at least half (or more) of your probation sentence. Your probation officer will then request that you be discharged early from probation in which case the judge will approve or disapprove.
