    Free Gyne/Poss. Pregnancy advice Please!
I was having irregular periods in April/May and my NP started me on Prometrium to regulate my periods. I had a chemical D&C in May, followed by a pretty regular period at the end of May. In June I had only a brown discharge for about four days and it quit, no "regular" period. That was around the 6th of June. In between May and now (July 12), My Fiancé and I had unprotected sex three times using the rhythm method. I am now 6 days late for my period (going by the dates of the brown spotting in june) and I have taken 3 pregnancy tests (2 before I was technically "late" and one just a day after I was due for my period). All were negative. I was hoping I would get my period, but it still hasn't come. I have cramps on and off like I should already be on it, some bloating, gas and slightly swollen breasts. No other symptoms that I notice. Should I just wait it out and take another test in a few days or call my doctor? I have no insurance or steady income right now, so I can't really afford to go see a doctor at this moment. But, I don't want to put it off if I should do more than just wait with a giant question mark looming over my head. Any advice? Could I be pregnant?

It is always possible that you could be pregnant if you have unprotected sex. I am kind of in the same situation you are right now. I took 2 tests and both say negative but I only get my period once every 3 months cause of the birth control I take. I just started with swollen pain in breasts today and I have been naeseous for 2 weeks now. They do have clinics you can go to if you don't have insurance or money. If it turns out you are they will give you an estimated due date then just apply for medicaid so you can go to regular dr visits. I hope this helps.
