A close friend of mine I've known for a long time is a horrible mother. She hardly ever takes care of herself nor her kids and is drunk probably all the time. She forgets their medicine when they are so sick, ignore them constantly, and yells at them using words that are foul. And they learn to use these words at her and others as well. I'm at my wits end; so what should I do?
