    Indiana divorce laws and abandonment
My ex left 3 years ago. He has always, through his family, had my information. Phone number, address, email, Facebook... you name it. He has not contacted us in those 3 years. Not once. His family does not know where he is and neither do I.
If I can not serve him and we have a child, how do I get a divorce in Indiana?
He has chosen no contact with is own family nor my daughter or myself. He has ran off living on other drug addicts. He has a diagnosis of Generalized Depression, Generalized anxiety, Agoraphobia, Disassiative Identity Disorder, Schitzo-Effective, and is on Social Security. He is none of those things but has convinced doctors as he researched the diagnosis for years.
I want to strip his parental rights if I can so my daughter has a chance at a father. He has never paid support because they won't garnish SSI people not even the 30 dollars a month.
    Please help...
