Hii got bit by a deer fly in the wrist about 8 inch swelling should I go to the hospital ?

Not unless you see signs of infection, such a rash and fever. Wash the bite spot with soap and water and put cortizone cream on the whole area. Are you sure it was a deer fly? They don't usually cause 8" swelling.
