I did the salt and ice challenge and I got a burn/blister from it! And just now I accidentally popped the blister/burn and its like raw and it hurts really bad! Please help! )':

You basically have a case of frostbite with several skin layers damaged.Those layers are dying and will peel off, causing pain and possible infection. Please see your doctor.

You do what you should have done when it happened go see the doctor, it can get infected and cause serious issues, depending on how many layers it is though.
