    I have a lease with option to buy a mobile home contract in bay county Florida can the owner sever me with a 3 quit notice for non payment of all the down payment monies

    Yes we have it was written that way.. no en, no balloon, no after?
    Years, just a down payment split 4 years which is what we are behind in paying on not behind in any mortgage payments

    If the contract is written correctly ( from the landlords view point) if you are late in any payment or in any way default on the lease, they are allowed to declare the lease in default,

    If you default, you love all money paid. That is how they normally work, but you need to have your lease reviewed by an attorney (should have done it before you signed it)

    Yes I did have it reviewed by a attorney, I a trying to figure out is do they serve a notice to quit or is it a foreclosure on the lease Since we are buying it it would not be considered a rental right
    We would not be rental tenants would we
