Sometimes I get really lightheaded and feel really weak and a queasy-achiness in the abdomen. No anemia diagnosis, just feel weak. Leaving the apartment for a while and sometimes drinking water makes me feel better. I eat over 2000 calories a day and already drink about a half-gallon of water a day. Any ideas what I might be dealing with?
