We have a goodman central ac unit it won't come on outside.. I turn thermostat to cool I hear it in house running but outside won't come on please help!

Check the disconnect outside near the unit for defective fuses or tripped circuit breaker.

Opened box outside can't tell if fuses are blown they don't look like a regular fuse my husband pulled them out and went to home depot for new ones will see... It makes a click noise when inside thermostat is turned on then a constant very faint buzzing noise any other suggestions? All are appreciated
