Hello my ex girlfriend is pregnant with my baby and she has told me I can see my baby whenever I want to but I won't be able to have my baby at my house at any time or stay the night and if me or my family wants to see my baby then I've got to go to her flat. I think I have the right to have my baby at my house and have some time on the weekends with me and the baby to bond.

Once the child is born you will go to court to determine paternity. Once paternity is determined you will file for visitation.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Yes you do have that right, though overnights may have to wait until the child is a little older.But to enforce those rights, you will have to go to court and file for joint custody and visitation.

I think it would be more likely that your lawyer would file all at once: for paternity and visitation if you are the father.

From your use of the word "flat", I'm guessing that you are probably in the U.K. Is this guess accurate?
