Hello, I am 27 and had only 2 sexual partners, but 3 days ago I slept with a stranger, he seems clean and says he doesn't sleep around much and he's 37. His genitals looked clean and he used a condom but I am worried he might have something. The condom didn't break and there was no blood or anything involved but I am worried about the stds that are not visible... help

You just described signs that show he's clean and your worried? I don't get it ,but if it bothers you ask him to get checked out.

I said he looks clean but at the end of the day he is a stranger, I am just reading up on all these stds and it seems its hard to tell when you get something... I don't know what to think, obviously I;m not so experienced and had just a few partners... do I need to worry?

It sounds fine very unlikely you need to worry

One fooling around much means he only has two partners a day, You have no idea what he has, someone with AIDs will "look" clean. Only a few STD show up on the outside.
