My vagina hurts and it is swollen I think and I feel like it is about to expplod ! And I don't know what wrong with me I'm 15 and I don't want to tell my mom because she freaks out over spilled Kool Aid . What Do I Do..

You can do nothing and perhaps end up in the hospital. Most likely an infection of some sort, women get them all the time. You need to talk to mom, this is not a spilled koolaid, you did nothing wrong ( unless you were having sex and this is a STD of course) but assuming it is not, it is just part of being a women
