How does one deal with a bully? I have tried talking to this next door neighbor bully. Next, I called the sheriff. He said file a restraining order. I picked up the forms but do not have the ability to fill them out alone. I am trying to make an appointment with a "free" legal clinic. Any further suggestions. I am 77 years old.and live alone.
