Can a landlord have a for sale sign while tenants occupy?
Hello, I live in Atlant Georgia, and I read a few days ago that a landlord can't have a for sale sign on property while tenants are occupying the residence. It stated that the landlord can put the sign up in days before the tenants are about to move. Is this true??

Does whatever you read cite a specific law? Georgia statute, city ordinance, etc?

I've never heard of such a thing. So you need to go back to where you read it.

I am in Atlanta, own property and rent property, there is no truth to this what so ever.

Some communities do not allow for sale signs inside their area, example a gated community the sign has to be outside the gate.

But they can have signs up and show the house by giving you legal notice
