I have pain in the upper left rib that radiates pain into my left breast and my neck... I had an MRI that showed nothing any suggestions

It is generally known that the description you give is called radiating pain caused by a heart attack. An MRI can't detect a heart attack in progress but with new technology which introduces an imaging agent it is able to show plaque build up in veins from cholesterol.

I have no idea what kind of doctor you are attending, a heart specialist or a general practitioner, but you need to go back and have a talk with either one.
