    Period Timing
I am freaking myself out which probably isnt helping much either, but I was wondering is your period supposed to be 28 days after the last day of your previous period or the first day of your previous period?? Silly question for a woman to be asking because I should know this but thanks for the help :D

The only silly question is the question not asked.

Now, please understand that not all women have a 28 day cycle. The menstrual cycle is as individual as us women are.

If you are counting to find out your cycles though, you count from the FIRST day of your period up until the first day of your next period. Do this for a few months and that should give you a rough estimate of what your particular cycle is.

You start the count from the first day of your period. But, sometimes your period can be irregular and be a few days, or a week or two late. Mine has never been regular.

Nothing silly about this at all, I could never judge mine either heck I don't think I was ever exact on them. Not exactly sure on your question either but wanted to let you know you weren't the only one in that boat

LOL relax when menopause comes it won't be a problem anymore ( a little humor for you there)

Midnight, you will find as you age, that your cycle and flow changes. Some people's are like clockwork. Most of ours aren't! :)

Typically 2 - 3 days is not considered late by the medical community in even the most regular woman also.

Ruby once you get done with all them hotflashes and mood swings, it's a blessing not to be bothered by them anymore.

I am fully embracing it all!! I will be so happy when it ends that mood swings and hot flashes are a breeze compared to what I have gone through with it.
