My Boyfriend and I had sex 3 days ago. We had unprotected sex for like 7 seconds and then we realised its very stupid and put on the condom. I saw him c*m in the condom so I know for sure not inside me. After we lied in bed together and talked for about 30mins, then he put himself in me again for 5 seconds (unprotected) and we stopped again. He didn't even c*m at all that time and was completely dry before.

I went on the pill 5 days before. (is this good?) I also went on the pill without taking my period into consideration (I wanted to delay it). I also used the morning after pill twice whithin 3 months (because of paranoia). So I have no idea when my period should start. My period has ALWAYS been irregular.

Yesterday I took 3 c-pills just in case (heavy hormone boost)
I think I am ovulating now. White discharge and such.

My flatmate says Im always paranoid about this crap. Ive been having protected sex for 3 years, every time I have unprotected sex for seconds, I freak out and I delay my period with stress.

Please tell me I'm just paranoid and not pregnant

We can't tell you you are not pregnant. There is always pre-ejaculate, which only takes seconds by the way, to be completely effective in getting pregnant. The fact though, that you are on birth control is a plus.

I do appreciate your answers. My friends think Im just crazy paranoid. I always have been... in fact I've had worse scares before and then I wasn't even on the pill or I didn't even use a plan B.

I seriously need to stop having sex... :) its not good for my health this stress
