I am on birth control and the week after placebos I started having unprotected sex. I am on my forth week on the new pack and last week I started getting sharp pains in my sides and in groin. I was constipated and my breasts were sore with bright blue veins. I am still having the pains and when I press on my stomach it hurts. Could I be pregnant? I am on placebos right now.

Seems more like getting ready for your period. BUT, could you be? Yes of course, you are having sex, birth control pills are not 100 percent of course.

The sharp pains and the pressing on your stomach hurting could be from being constipated.
