I got a ticket since I violated TPA
I'm a first time offender I engage in prohibited activity premises TPA in short. If I plead guilty and pay the fine what to expect next... is this will affect my application for my open permit here in canada and permanent resident? Is this will shown up if ever I get a police clearance this year? What is alternative measure and victim offender mediation prob.is this good thing to do to avoid having criminal charge?

Once you get a criminal record it remains, forever.

Your question is not clear beyond that

PLEASE stop posting on multiple threads, a little piece of info on each.

I have asked that your questions be combined.

Yes, you will have a criminal record; yes, your Immigration status will be effected; yes your criminal record will be permanent; yes, you will not be able to enter the US.
