    Condenser fan motor wiring
    My a/c unit had a emerson fan motor with three wires blk. Went to line org. went to capactor and brown went to other side of cap.. I have a replacement motor with 4 wires brn and brn. And white then I have a black that goes to line, but now I have ayellow that says it goes to line were do I connect it or do I??

    Follow the wiring diagram on the motor or see attached. Sub the yellow wire for the white in diagram. YOU also need to buy a NEW capacitor for the NEW motor of the value stated on the new motor. NOTE do not use the old capacitor over even if it is the correct size etc since it could be weak or defective and it could have caused the older motor to go bad.
