Hi I had a pregnancy test positive may 28th. Went to the dr June 19th and my hcg levels where dropping and there was a sac but no baby or heartbeat. I just started bleeding a few days ago but nothing severe or clot like. My period before I found out I was pregnant was in the end of April and it was kind of clot like. Does that mean I miscarried then and didn't know. I'm wondering if this is a period or miscarriage? I have no insurance so don't want to go to dr if I don't need to. They did tell me I made it 6wks but thought it was non viable. How do I know if I have completely miscarried or not?
