I currently have two children with two different men. My eldest child's father has little interest in him and only sees him when he wants to which is hardly ever. My current partner of 3 years and myself have a child together, would it be possible for him to adopt my eldest son with his fathers permission? Eldests father is on birth certificate. What procedures would have to be followed for this to happen?
