I have been on implanon since February this year. I have felt drained to the point were I feel as though I want to sleep all the time, I have bled randomly (which I know is normal) but today its been quite heavy. I also have a lot of clear discharge and had to change my underwear even though I was wearing a tampon. I have had cramps all day, my tummy feels tight and I have a dull ache under my left rib going down my side. Should I be worried?
