I am 10 weeks pregnant I had my first antenatal visit on Friday where the nurse felt the mass / fetus... I was also given a tetanus shot, I started spotting on Saturday and it was pale.it got brighter on Sunday and now it is spotting except when I am sitting on the toilet, there is no pain are clots. And I am also taking hemafed and folic acid. Is my baby okay and am I losing her

From what I've heard spotting during pregnancy is normal, but if your that concern ask your doctor on your next apt.

There are a lot of reasons to spot while your pregnant, some as insignificant as having rough sex and some as serious as the beginning of a miscarriage.

If the spotting doesn't go away within a day or 2, or seems to be getting heavier, you should call your doctor. Or if you feel like something is wrong call them as soon as you want, that's what they're there for. In the mean time rest and do as little as you can until it stops or you know what is going on.

At your appointment did they do an ultrasound or is your upcoming ultrasound going to be your first? If you've had one done was the baby growing on time and did he have a heartbeat?
