Hi So I Just Got Sims 3 For MY Birthday Installed It And Everything And When I Clicked The Game Launcher The Screen Came Up For It To Load But I Couldn't See Anything Just Hear The Music . Is There Anything I Could Be Doing Wrong Or Something I Didn't Do ? Help !

Try the following:

Restart your system
Run as administrator
If that fails; post your video card (or whether you have integrated graphics) and I will try to help out more.

It sounds like a video-card issue, but worth trying to run as admin first just to be sure.

Do you use any accessibility tools within windows? Specifically magnifier?
