Humidifier or dehumidifier? Leaking would indicate a leaking condensate tray or a clogged drain from the tray. Does this unit have a condensate pump or a gravity drain?
I have a humidifier and a pump.
Is the pump working? Can you see water running into the pump or does it drip out of the plenum? Humidifier should not be running with the humidity level in the summer.
Pump is working and humidifier is turned down for the summer, the humidifier is used for my log walls.
Then there must be a leak in the condensate tray or the condensate drain is plugged, that's about all there is inside the plenum. PS have a log home in the N. GA Mtns.
