That's strange you had two positive and two negative. We're they different tests, or used at different times of the day? Also, if you used a blue dye test those sometimes can have fake positives from dye run. Pink dye tests are a lot more accurate.

There's always a fluke in guarantees and you may happen to be the fluke. To be completely sure you should go to your OBGYN and ask them to do a blood test or an ultrasound. I'm not a medical professional so I'm not educated on novasure other than what it does and it's purpose, but the searches I did for it says that it's very dangerous to be pregnant with it (I couldn't find why so hopefully someone else here has that information for you), so I would go to the doctor as soon as possible to be sure. In my searches though I also found a lot of posts from women who felt the same as you, even got positive hpt, but weren't. However that is no reason to not go to the doctor. Only they can tell you for sure. Hope everything turns out okay.
