    Vitex side effects
    I need to know if Vitex tablets can cause a delayed menstrual cycle. I have PCOS and have cycles ranging between 33 and 39 days. I have been using Vitex 400mg once daily for 40 days and still have not menstruated. Home pregnancy test is negative.

    Update: I stopped Vitex and one week later I got my period.
