She is 5 months along and very scared of the father and his parents. I really need to know what to do.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

If the mother is unmarried there is usually not a requirement to list the father. However, what good do you think that will do? As soon as the child is born the father can go to court, establish paternity and get, at least joint custody.

Why is she scared of them? She wasn't scared when she had sex with him? Also who are you to the mother?
