Pregnant and bleeding

Im 6weeks and 6days pregnant. On Thursday last week I started having brown discharge which stopped on Friday Eveneing. On Friday I was very bloated and had a lot of gas... on Saturday I was extremely bloated and had a lot of gas and had a stomach ache... not cramps. On Sunday I woke up and had started bleeding. The bleeding was not heavy about 3-4 toilet paper wipe fulls... it stopped and changed to dark dry old blood discharge by the end of the day. I have peviously had a D&C this year 26 April from blighted ovum... diagnosed at 8 weeks pregnant. I have only got an appointment with my doc on 18 July when I'll be 8 weeks and I can't phone him because he is on holiday until later this week. I am not bleeding anymore and have no more discharge either. I am just feeling tender inside like mu muscles are a bit sore.
