My father is a bussieness man.it is a sound system bussieness.with this sound sometime he does good and sometimes bad.the islamic foundation sometimes use the sound and sometimes singers n many musical institiution use these sound.is the bussieness is halal?

From what I understand, you are asking whether the business is Halal?.

This doesn't make much sense to me as I thought Halal applied to the way in which meat is prepared for muslims and Islamists.

I would just go to mosque and ask someone there.

No, Halal means permitted or allowed - foods are Halal. A business can be Halal.
