    Right to bear arms.
    I had a misdemenior domestic violence charge (obstruction of the use of a telephone) which is now over. I've done all requested by me of the court. And the protection order is lifted. When can I bear arms again? I want to go hunting and have had no contact with the person for more than three years. Thank you.

    You never couldn't bear arms.. It takes a felony to do that. Go hunting tomorrow and have fun.
