The past 4 days my thumb (on the skin to the side to my nail) hurts! It isn't red or swollen it is very painful when I push down on it. I thought it could have been an ingrown but it doesn't look like it.
When I run my finger over it, it seems like a small bump is under there. I tried soaking it in hot salted water but it doesn't do anything. Ive tried squeezing it but no puss comes out. The finger looks completely normal its just so sore! Is there anything else I can do at home instead of having to go to the doctors? What could this be?
