I was married in nov 2012 still I'm not getting pregnant . I married my relation mama . So I'm afraid whether our baby will be abnormal like everyone speaks like not to marry in relations . And actually now I'm afraid why I'm not getting pregnant . I need I baby oh god help me I'm 21 and my hubby is 25.

Babies are more than "objects" to kiss and hug. I don't think you are being very realistic or maybe you can't express yourself well in English.
It is not uncommon for couples to take well over a year to get pregnant.
