Hi,

I have applied for UK Tier 1 dependent VISA however it got rejected because in one of the bank statement Bank logo was missing even though it was sealed & signed by the bank manager.
This is the second time when my VISA has been refused under same category (First time reason was different -, low funds in account).
It will be really helpful if some one can let me know if I appeal with the duplicate bank statements with logo this time.. will this be a strong case.
Approximately how long will this take to get through.
