I have a few questions.
1. How big is your bathroom?
2. What sub floor did you put down if any? If you didn't put down a sub floor, or had another floor in place before, did you tile over the existing floor?
3. How far apart are the tiles spaced?
4. When did you grout? How long after you laid the tile?
5. Did you seal the grout?
And if that's the case... its just a matter of time before the tile pops to or breaks...
There are acrylic grouts... but they are a real PITA to use... (I've got acrylic grouted Vinyl tile in my kitchen because I can't use ceramic for that reason.) I'd rather not EVER have to use that stuff again... regular grout is really easy to do... but it needs an absolutely rigid floor surface.
