I have taken about 1000 canadian dollars and my court date is 5 weeks from now. Does anybody know what will happen since its my first offence and I stole it from the company that I work for?

How are you pleading ? Are you going to trial and pleading not guility, or will you plead guilty,

Have you paid back the money if you have admitted guilty?

My guess a year or two probation, fine and pay back money if not already done
