Can you object to a child support order years later
I reside in NYC and have 6 kids, 4 different mothers. One mother of whom I have 2 kids, I've been paying child support since 2003. In 2008, I obtained full custody of one of my kids.(Different mother/ child) I explained this to the court when the mother asked for a upward modification. To which they granted. They considered the other 2 orders of child support, but did not consider anything for the child to which I have custody of. This being 2012, can I dispute this?

Appeals have to be taken in a month or so (depending on the rules for your jurisdiction). Not years.

    So no.

Normally having additional children living in your home is not considered.

You can file to ask that the current amount be reviewed ( may be a larger chance of increase) but you can always go back to court, but you can not ask for a review of something that old.

You can ask that your current income and situation be reconsidered by today's standards.
