My sister was appointed trustee for my dads estate. It has been 9 years and we do not have a final accounting of the estate. What form can I file with the calif court to force a final accountingof the estate? Thanks

The term "trustee" suggests that a trust was established, rather than a probate estate. If it was through probate she would be called a "personal representative" or "executrix" (female form of "executor").
