I have an assignment to write on 'lifestyle choices and behaviour are strongly influenced by deprivation', I don't know how to structure it or even get my opening line of my introduction! Can anyone help?

First, for yourself (and for me) write up a list of lifestyle choices and the resulting behavior and how deprivation comes into it.

such as --

lifestyle = teacher -> behavior, using own money for classroom activities and/or to improve students' lives = deprives self of luxuries and even own needs
