    Cramping and still bleeding -- miscarriage?
    I just found out I was pregnant on Sunday 07/01/2012 and its 7/7/2012. I woke up fine but as I was at work my lower stomach started cramping a little bit and I noticed I was bleeding. The cramping has mostly went away but I'm still bleeding. Am I having a miscarraige

    Some bleeding can be normal in pregnancy, as can cramping. If it gets worse I would go to your OB. There's no way to stop a miscarriage but if you are in fact miscarrying then ou want to make sure you want to get everything out because if you don't you can get an infection. If its

    If its really bothering you then call your OB and try to get in as soon as possible. Hope everything works out!

    There are ways to stop a miscarriage. Some of the drugs are so risky they are not prescribed. Others are available in other Countries but not the US.

    It depends on what is going on - I was on bedrest.

    Yes, she needs to ask her gyn.

    Then you should have told her all those things instead of just saying probably, yes. If your body is already in the process of removing the embryo it's not something that can be stopped. And your body usually has a reason for miscarrying.

    Whoa - she asked if she's probably having a miscarriage. I said she probably is. She asked and I answered.

    You then went on to post that there is no way to stop a miscarriage. There are ways to stop a miscarriage. Her body "usually" having a reason doesn't mean sit there and do nothing.

    There are reasons people drop dead on the street - that doesn't mean health complications shouldn't be medically addressed.

    And, please, you are one of the last people on AMHD who should be giving anyone advice on how to answer questions.

    If you have a problem with me send me a message, don't start something on here. And there are ways to stop a miscarriage that is about to happen. If your body is in the process of miscarrying your body is flushing something it doesn't want there. The baby can already be dead. I told her to call her OB, I didn't tell her to do nothing. And yes she did want to know if she was having a miscarriage, but hearing yes your probably having a miscarriage is a scary thing to hear. Being blunt about it with no explanation or advice isn't helpful. Her OB is the only person who can tell her anything for sure.

    I notice you've never been wrong on AMHD - when confronted people are having a problem with you and you drift on to another thread.

    Maybe it's a matter of language, I don't know. It appears to me you either can or can't stop a miscarriage.

    I don't have a problem with you - I have a problem with your passive/aggressive posts and, basically, your answers.

    Let me explain passive/aggressive to you again - "Sure, let me point passive/aggressive out to you - “If you do not want me on this site then I have absolutely no desire to be here” The answer is you're presumably an adult. It's your choice.

    And more passive/aggressive - “The information I got was from my hormone doctor who was a OBGYN for 40+ years. I saw him when I was pregnant and when we were talking about the treatment I got our conversation turned to that. I guess he was wrong?” The answer, it appears he was wrong.

    And more - “If you do think so, then you must have been around amazingly different children then I have.” Not "my experience is different from yours." Instead - confrontational and, again, P/A.

    You're also confused about how AMHD works - you don't have to be an expert or a mod in order to post or in order to correct someone else who posts. If you have a "problem" with my posts I welcome to question, criticism, correction - answers don't do anyone any good if they are wrong and left standing.

    So - which of my answers are wrong?
