    Wife wants a divorce after 1 year of marriage
    My wife wants a divore after being married for 16 months, she looked thro my phone and saw I was looking at porn for the first time in our marriage. She tried throwing all my stuff out and started punching and scratching. What happens next? Will I lose my car? Her name isn't on the title or loan. Will I pay alimony? She has two kids from two previous marriages. We filled taxes separately.

    Interesting that your marriage is falling apart and your concerns are your car and house.

    What happens next? One of you files for a divorce.

    What happens after that is by State law. I have no idea where you are.
