Small bumps all over testicals and penis shaft
Im 15 years old and I have had these small bumps on my balls sense I was 12 or so and recently it got worse and spread to my shaft now there are countless bumps on my penis... I wish to have a girl friend and to get to 3rd base (hand/mouth on the ) active but I never have before. Some of the bumps have gotten bigger to were I find it gross for myself to look at. Please help I want to see a doctor but I don't have a close enough relationship with either of my parents to tell him

A doctor is the only one that can help. Sounds like acne, but that's just a guess, and that's all we can do online. A doctor can give you an actual diagnosis.

I do have to address the other part of your question. At 15 you're not old enough to consider getting to 3rd base. Not even close to considering it.

Why can't you talk to your parents about this?

Im not very close to either of my parents and it would be really weird and hard to do.. I don't think its acne because they never go away and I've tried washing it but it still won't

I really wish we could help, but we can't. Only a doctor can tell you what's going on.

The next time you go for a physical talk to your doctor about it. If you can't talk to your parents about a medical issue, then who can you talk to?

They're responsible for your health. It shouldn't matter if you're close to them or not. Tell them you need to see a doctor. That's all you really have to say.
