on may 25th of this year I got ankle surgery and I have been on crutches since. Shortly after my surgery I kept getting these random moments where I could hear myself talk and I can hear my breathing kind of like darth vader. I sometimes don't use my crutches and just hop, and during the surgery the I've had electrolytes in it, and I had to have drinks with high electrolytes in them after the surgery. It used to only happen when I would strain myself on the crutches, like tire myself out, and today it has been really bad. I have been hopping all over. What do you think the problem is ? And any suggestions on how to fix it?
